Description

The Dean was one of the first frame designed by RUFF CYCLES. It’s similarity to the Basman Inverted was built to have the geometry from the Basman with a clean simple Design and low sitting frame. Not as near to the ground as the Hard Time frame but definitely lower than a Basman.

The geometry allows you to use the frame for builds from aggressive looking custom bike to a nice and easy riding beach cruiser.
So there is a large variety of customizing the Dean to your fit and needs.
